How do I book, how far in advance should I plan?
Choose pickup and dropoff locations, date/time, and number of passengers and you'll get an instant quote and confirmation. For peak hours, we recommend a few days in advance; last minute is also possible.
Is the price fixed or will there be an additional fee afterwards?
The price you see is fixed-no taximeters, night hikes, or hidden fees. If there is a bridge/tunnel, it is shown transparently in the bid.
How can I pay?
3D Secure card payment with cash, wire transfer/EFT or Stripe in the vehicle. Coupon code (e.g. VELORA15) can be applied at checkout.
In which currencies can I see it?
The site displays prices in try, USD, EUR and other currencies according to your language/country; the collection is processed according to your preference.
How is the free cancellation and refund?
Free cancellation approximately 24 hours prior to departure on airport transfers; approximately 48 hours on tours. The refund will be made according to your payment method.
Can I change the time or address after booking?
Yes — report as early as possible via customer service or WhatsApp.
If my flight is delayed, will the driver wait?
We follow up free of charge with your flight number; it is expected according to the current landing, no additional fee is charged for the delay.
How do I find my driver at the airport?
After baggage and customs, you will be greeted with a sign with your name written in the arrival hall and escorted to the vehicle.
Is there early night or early morning service?
We provide 24/7 service; there is no night hike, the price remains the same.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
The price is per vehicle and specific to your group; it is not a shared service.
